Refund Policy: 

 If products are damaged in the shipping process, please send an email orders@witchtrash.com with your order number, shipping info, and photos of the damaged product in order to be considered for compensation. Not all items/returns will be approved.  Please send info within 48 hours of receiving damaged product.

No refunds on used bath products due to sanitary reasons. If a products is declared delivered by USPS or UPS, you will not be refunded for any “missing packages”, if declared delivered by delivery service. Please contact USPS/UPS if a package is missing.

 

Shipping Policy:

After an order is placed is will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Processing times vary from 1-2 business days. Shipping costs vary based on weight. Domestic US orders over $100 get free shipping. Orders. Shipping times can vary on orders that are out of our control, please purchase with your email to be sent a tracking number for your order!
