Refund policy

 If products are damaged in the shipping process, please send an email orders@witchtrash.com with your order number, shipping info, and photos of the damaged product in order to be considered for compensation. Not all items/returns will be approved.  Please send info within 48 hours of receiving damaged product.

No refunds on used bath products due to sanitary reasons. If a products is declared delivered by USPS or UPS, you will not be refunded for any “missing packages”, if declared delivered by delivery service. Please contact USPS/UPS if a package is missing.

Skin Script: Orders date 3-5 Business days to be processed thru our facility and sent to skin script. The order is then sent through the skin script warehouse and sent out in 1-3 business days. There are absolutely no refunds on skinscriptrx orders. Witch Trash is an authorized skin script retailer.
